Ernest Brewer

Ernest Brewer, MS, PT

Originally from South Texas, Ernest graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University and was student athletic trainer for the Lumberjacks. He then earned his Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from Texas Women’s University. He has enjoyed working in a wide array of settings including home health, acute care, rehab and nursing home, but specializes in sports injuries and has extensive expertise in rehabilitation techniques for return to active sports participation. As an athletic trainer and physical therapist, he has over 27 years of experience working with high school, college and professional athletes and teams, including rodeo and ballet.

He and his wife Debi have 3 boys and 2 grandkids who love their PopPop. The best times in life are spent with the boys RC racing, ATV riding or just “geeking out.”


Kari Bingham

Kari Bingham, PTA

Kari is originally from Hazard, Kentucky and graduated from Perry County Central High School. She has earned an Associates of the Arts Degree as well as an Associate in Applied Science in Physical Therapy from Hazard Community and Technical College. She was peer elected class President of the Regional Physical Therapy Assistant Program for the 2017 graduating class. She has clinical experience in outpatient rehabilitation, inpatient rehabilitation, and home health settings. She has a desire to provide the highest standard of care to all patients.

In her free time, Kari enjoys spending time with her daughter and family.


Cecile King

Cecile Smith, Office Manager

Cecile Smith is originally from Clay County, and is a graduate from Hazard Community and Technical College with Associates degrees in Science and Applied Science. She acquired her X-ray technologist license through the UK Center for Rural Health. She loves basketball, horses and her dogs. She and her husband Mitch have a beautiful girl named Ramsey.


Samantha King

Samantha King, PTA

Samantha is originally from Kite, Kentucky and graduated from Knott Central High School. She went on to earn her Associates in Applied Science in Physical Therapy from Hazard Community College.

Her clinical interests include Home Health rehab as well as providing Physical Therapy services in the Acute Care setting. She has clinical experience in acute care, outpatient rehab, home health, and in an Orthopedic Physician office. She places great emphasis on patient satisfaction and providing compassionate care to her patients.

In her spare time, Samantha enjoys camping, fishing and enjoying the outdoors Kentucky has to offer.


Ashleigh Ousley

Ashleigh Ousley
Clinical Operations Assistant

Ashleigh is originally from Prestonsburg, Kentucky and graduated from Prestonsburg High School. She earned an associate degree in Science as well as an Associate Degree in Applied Science from KCTCS.

Ashleigh has developed a strong background with understanding patient payer guidelines, as well as coding and billing which simplifies and streamlines the patient experience. She has experience in outpatient, acute care, rehabilitation centers, and managing physician office clerical staff.

Ashleigh takes pride in assisting patients through the initial phase of their rehab experience and strives to ensure all patients get the therapy they need by being the intermediary between the patient and insurer.

In her free time, Ashleigh enjoys being outside and spending time with her 2 young sons.

Brandon Zeller

Brandon Zeller, PT, DPT, CKTP

Brandon is originally from Pike County, Kentucky and earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from East Tennessee State University. His clinical interests are orthopedic and sports related rehabilitation along with utilization of aquatics for varying diagnoses. His post graduate accomplishments include becoming a Certified Kinesio Taping Practitioner. He has gained experience in the following settings: outpatient, inpatient, home health and skilled nursing. Brandon takes pride in offering an efficient, caring and compassionate atmosphere throughout the rehabilitation process.

In his free time, Brandon enjoys playing golf and basketball, as well as spending time with his wife and 3 young sons.


Rick Allen O'Bryan

Rick Allen O’Bryan, II, MS, PT, CCCE

Rick is originally from Johnson County, Kentucky and earned his Physical Therapy degree from the University of Kentucky. His clinical interests are orthopedic and sports related rehabilitation along with skilled manual therapy. He has gained experience in the following settings: outpatient, inpatient, home health, rehab, and skilled nursing.

Rick enjoys coaching several sports teams in the community. In his free time, Rick enjoys playing golf, basketball, and running, as well as spending time with his daughter Lexi and his son Trey.


Kelsie Hall

Kelsie Hall, PTA

Kelsie is originally from Hazard, Kentucky and graduated from Hazard High School. She earned her Associates in Applied Science in Physical Therapy from Hazard Community College. Her clinical interests include pediatric and geriatric care, as well as sports related rehabilitation. She has gained clinical experience in outpatient, inpatient, home health and skilled nursing settings.

When away from Physical therapy, Kelsie enjoys spending quality time with her husband and 2 children.


Michelle Mobley

Michelle Mobley, MS, ATC

Michelle is originally from Louisville, Kentucky. She received her Bachelor’s in Science in Athletic Training from Eastern Kentucky University. While attending EKU, Michelle worked with EKU Football, EKU Baseball, and several high schools in the Lexington Area. She then went on to attend the University of Cincinnati where she graduated with a Master’s of Science in Health Promotion and Education. While at UC, she worked as a Graduate Assistant with Cincinnati women’s lacrosse, football, and basketball teams. Before coming to Eastern Kentucky, Michelle worked at the Toyota Plant in Georgetown, Kentucky for 4 years. There, she was responsible for workplace safety and used her skills in ergonomics and injury management to help reduce workplace injuries and lost time.

Michelle is now pursuing her Doctorate in Educational Leadership at the University of the Cumberlands. Michelle has a passion for helping athletes and teaching people how to be healthier and safer during their daily activities.

In her spare time Michelle likes to spend time with her husband, and they enjoy traveling.

Office Manager

Anna is originally from Stanville, Kentucky and graduated from Betsy Layne High School. She earned an associate degree in applied science from KCTCS. She has worked in the physical therapy field for nine years, first as a physical therapy tech, and for the last several years as office manager of the Pikeville office.

She has a full scope understanding of patient care, both the physical aspect as well as helping patients through the initial phase of their rehab experience. Anna strives to ensure all patients get the therapy they need by being the intermediary between the patient and insurer, and also helping with their rehab care when needed.

In her free time, Anna enjoys spending time with her family.
